All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service. A refundable deposit of 20% of the total service cost may be required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. The 20% non-refundable fee is not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to additional charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
Any changes to the service, including changes to the pick-up/drop-off locations, number of passengers, or other details, must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for service changes, and we reserve the right to decline any changes that are not feasible or may affect the quality of service.
Our services are provided based on the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off locations, service time, and vehicle type. Any changes to the service during the trip, such as additional stops or extended service time, may be subject to additional charges. Our drivers will follow the planned route, unless instructed otherwise by the passenger or for safety reasons.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking, including contact details, flight numbers (for airport transfers), and special requests. Passengers are also responsible for their belongings and should ensure they have all necessary documents, such as passports and visas, for their travel.
We strive to provide reliable and high-quality services, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, disruptions, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen events. Our liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

When you book an airport transfer with Flagship Transfers, you will get a confirmation email or text. This message will have details on how to find your driver. This includes the driver’s name, contact information, vehicle make/model, and registration number.
We track flights and adjust pickup times accordingly if delays occur. Do not worry there are no extra charges for delays beyond your control.
We understand flight delays and cancellations are out of your control, and we’ll adjust to your new schedule without changing the price.
