Terms and Conditions – Flagship Transfers

By booking or using the services provided by Flagship Transfers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service. A non-refundable fee of 20% of the total service cost is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. The 20% non-refundable fee is not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to additional charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
  3. Service Changes: Any changes to the service, including changes to the pick-up/drop-off locations, number of passengers, or other details, must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for service changes, and we reserve the right to decline any changes that are not feasible or may affect the quality of service.
  4. Service Terms: Our services are provided based on the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off locations, service time, and vehicle type. Any changes to the service during the trip, such as additional stops or extended service time, may be subject to additional charges. Our drivers will follow the planned route, unless instructed otherwise by the passenger or for safety reasons.
  5. Customer Responsibilities: Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking, including contact details, flight numbers (for airport transfers), and special requests. Passengers are also responsible for their belongings and should ensure they have all necessary documents, such as passports and visas, for their travel.
  6. Liability: We strive to provide reliable and high-quality services, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, disruptions, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen events. Our liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  7. Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is located. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
  9. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You must review these terms and conditions periodically for any updates.
